Pebble Grain – Russet – Mens

Description

The PG series is a Pebble grain ”Telfair soft Chrome” leather that is thick yet very soft to the feel. We then back it with our Herman Oak Vegetable tanned  leather. By backing this soft leather with the rigidity of the of the Oak tanned leather we now have a soft yet extremely strong dress belt for someone that may have to wear a suit all day. Things like cell phones concealed holsters can be worn comfortable in an all day environment. We glue the two laminates of leather together with a very high end Industry standard leather glue.

Once the glued items are cured together we then grind and burnish the edges to a mirror like finish. Following that we stitch the complete belt using our 277 “Nybond” (nylon bonded) UV rated thread. The thread is way beyond the industry standard for belts and is usually found in the Saddle making industry and gives such a nice look to the thread line on the belt. Once this is completed we add our buckle which is removable should you desire to replace it with a personal choice buckle.

As this Pebble grain material is very specialized it  comes pre dyed in two finishes: Black or Russet.

How to Measure

First, we would like your pant size then we would like you to use a tape measure and pull it through your pant loops and give us that measurement as well. Please remove current belt for measurement.

Additional information: Bob wears a size 34 pant. When taking his current belt off and running a tape measure through his pant loops, pulling the tape together lightly he measures 38”. “Men’s pant sizes are just that, they are a size number and not a true taped measure. Men, please follow the picture on how to do a tapped measure. You can use a cloth tape or carpenters’ tape to measure.  Never pull the tape measure tight just sung it lightly.
