Description
All belt are made with the best American made Vegetable tanned leather available. We do not make a single ply belt like most makers but rather use two ply’s; glued together, also using the best leather glues used in the industry. Following that the full belt is border stitched with a” Ny-bond” (Nylon bonded) thread that is UV rated for years of daily use. Once the border stitch is completed we then add a “show” stitch we call Western stitch. The stitch is inserted with our stitcher following a light guide line by eye and a precision feel. Making it a truly hand made design by our artisan. After this is done the belt is then edge burnished to an almost mirror finish to complete that part of the assembly. Also we use what is called a 277 top thread which is much stronger and thicker than the industry standard. Because we use two ply it creates a stronger belt that will not sag, crush in the middle or twist outward when caring tools, cell phones or in the case of concealed carry, a firearm. We use exclusively “Anglus dye” products for the final color finish. Once that color is added via our color dip tanks we give the belt a final luster finish that will leave you proud to ware and share with friends where you got your “ Ultimate belt” from!
Woman, please be sure to consult the image below to find the exact place to measure on your body for belt length before ordering.
*Please be aware that your “Measure Point” is critical to your fit and that if you measure for a High Rise fit, the belt WILL NOT fit for a Medium or Low Rise fit.*
How to Measure
We would like you to use a tape measure and pull it through you pant loops and give us that measurement. Whatever pants you measure for the belt, are the pants the belt will fit. Ladies: we wear High Ride, Mid Ride and Low Ride pants. Should you measure for a pair of high ride pants the belt will be too small for a pair of low ride pants. All ladies’ belts will have a curve to them to follow the contour of your body. This is a note from Sherrie. Ladies, please follow the picture to choose your wear height and follow accordingly. You can use a cloth tape or carpenters’ tape to measure. Never pull the tape measure tight just snug it lightly.
You may ask why we put you through all this? “It’s because we want your purchase experience with us to be 100% right the First Time.”
